COCKTAILS

Ingredients:
2 oz Rhum J.M
1 lime coin
1 barspoon sugarcane syrup

Method:

Cut a quarter-size coin off the side of a lime. Add cane syrup and rum. Swizzle! Add ice if desired.

Ti'Punch

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Rhum J.M Blanc

1 oz Mahina Coco Liqueur

3/4 oz Campari

1.5 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz lime juice

Method:

Add all ingredients to shaker tin or glass with ice. Shake and pour into glass. Garnish with pineapple slice.

Jungle Oiseau

Ingredients:
2 oz Rhum VO

3-4 drops of bitters

1 tsp sugar

Method:

Add sugar and bitters to rocks glass and muddle into paste with eh back of a spoon. Add Rhum J.M VO and ice. Stir about 20 rotations. Express orange peel over the top and garnish. Enjoy!

Agri'cold Fashioned

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Rhum J.M 100 Blanc

1/2 fino sherry

1/2 dry vermouth

1/2 blanc vermouth

1 barspoon size

Method:

Stir over ice until proper dilution is achieved. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and express lemon twist over top.

Martiniq(ue)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Rhum J.M Gold

1 1/2 oz Apple Vermouth

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice until proper dilution is reached. Strain into stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slice.

Mix half a bottle of dry vermouth and half a bottle of blanc vermouth in glass jar. Add about 2 cups of dried unsweetened apple rings. Let infuse in the refrigerator for 3 days. Strain out fruit. Keep vermouth chilled.

Apple Martiniq(ue)
